RABBI DR. LEIBISH HUNDERT

Our Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Doctor Leibish Hundert, was a close and beloved student of our late Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Sholom Brodt z”l. He received his Rabbinic ordination from HaRav Efraim Greenblatt zt'l, and just recently his PhD from Concordia University. Reb Leibish established and led the McGill University’s “Ghetto Shul” for 11 years, well-known and remembered as one of the most vibrant and impactful college shuls during his time there. Reb Leibish uses his musical talents, great sense of humor and radiant personality to create a profound learning experience.

RABBI AVRAHAM KILSTEIN

Rabbi Kilstein, director of our Men's Beit Midrash program, has been involved in teaching and kiruv for over a decade. He has inspired thousands and mentored hundreds of students with his endless love and unique flare which combines chassidish and litvish, intellectual with spiritual, all with a tremendous relatability and relevance.

With his wife and ten kids, his home is a magnet to thousands every year with his famous shabbat meals and musical havdala every week.

MRS YAEL DWORKIN

Mrs. Dworkin, recently of Montreal, has been a Judaic studies educator for nearly three decades. Her love of Torah and chassidut inspire her to share the depth of Torah, in all its facets, with others who aspire to grow in their Avodat HaShem. Yael has a teachers’ diploma from Beis Yaakov Seminary Montreal, a B.A. in Judaic Studies from McGill University, and has studied in the Masters program in Jewish Education at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

SHEVA CHAYA SHAIMAN

Sheva Chaya Shaiman, originally from Denver Colorado, has an extensive background in art, including a BA from Princeton University, and continuous Torah learning since 1999. Her glassblowing studio in Tzfat has been an inspiration to thousands, for over 15 years. Her goal with her learning, teaching and artwork is to integrate the holy into life with much joy and creativity - as she also does with her 5 children, b”H.

Emuna Witt Halevi

Emuna Witt Halevi met Reb Shlomo about 43 years ago and has been transcribing his torahs and sharing his teachings for many years. She loves to give over Chassidut from Rebbe Nachman, the Holy Slonima, and many other rebbes, with a lot of simcha!

LEE-ANA BAT YAEL

Lee-anna bat Yael, a professional singer made aliyah from France. Experiencing her yearning to connect to the depths of her voice led her to connect to the depths of her soul. Today inspired by her Multiple roots, the Torah and prayers and the vibrations of the Hebrew letters, she weaves a unique and original repertoire of song. She leads workshops for women on how to discover the simplicity, the pleasure and joy of singing, how to let the body and the soul sing in harmony.
